sounds was examined. According to my evaluation, the patient appears to be in excruciating
agony, and loud sounds can be heard. My evaluation started with a visual examination of the
belly, during which I took note of the contours of the abdomen and any skin abnormalities,
abdominal lumps, and how the bowel was moving. I managed to carry out auscultation using a
stethoscope to detect the abdominal sounds.
