For assignment, you are required to interview an adult 65+. Your person can be a relative or friend. There are sample questions in course content and a rubric there as well. Your interview should be in person if at all possible, but facetime is allowable if necessary. The interview should last between 45-60 minutes. As a part of the paper, you will be expected to relate at least 3 concepts of your interviewee’s experience in terms of biological changes, cognitive changes, social challenges, and identify which theories of aging most apply to your interviewee’s situation relative to how they experience aging. Please pay attention to the rubric! Your paper should be written in a narrative form using APA format. You must have a title page and a reference page. If you are unsure how to cite sources correctly, please reference Purdue Owl, it is an excellent online resource for APA style.
